Accounts
You're responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you give us, and anything done through it. Keep your credentials safe and tell us right away if you think someone is using your account without permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use Midas to break the law, harm others, disrupt the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or reverse-engineer or overload the site. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Results from tools like the Review demo are informational and should be verified before you rely on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midas won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version is always on this page.
